Cunningham Engineering teamed with RMW Architecture to design the owners' vision for a historic Midtown office building converting it into a half-block of restaurants, shops and offices.  The building itself required complete exterior renovation as well as the addition of a pedestrian walkway and plaza area spanning the length of the building.  Site planning and utility upgrades had to accommodate other building enhancements.
