A marquee introduction to the exciting mixed-use projects Cunningham Engineering works on in Midtown Sacramento; these projects served as a catalyst for redevelopment efforts in the area.  The Elliott Building redevelopment project revitalized the 81-year old, 4-story former automobile showroom and warehouse at the corner of 16th and J Streets.  The O1 Loft followed on the corner of 16th & K continuing the synergy started by the Elliott Building and helping to further the ongoing redevelopment efforts in Midtown.
