Roos Atkins:  class A office space | ground level restaurant space

Collectively known as K Street Central, this emerging entertainment district includes the renovation of a number of properties on the 10th and K Street intersection.

Cunningham worked in close coordination with the design team, City, and developer to provide civil engineering services for the convesion of a former Woolworth’s building into the Cosmopolitan, a New York-style restaurant, cabaret, and lounge. Our engineers continue to work with the development team to renovate the Roos Atkins building into Class A office space and a new ground level restaurant.
