Cunningham Engineering was selected by the general contractor for this $17 million, state-of-the-art, design-build project located in the Health Sciences District of UC Davis.  As the civil engineer for a number of other projects in the district, we played a key role in the complex routing coordination of the nine different utilities required for this facility, while ensuring siting the facility in precise conformance to the neighboring building to allow for a connecting pedestrian bridge.
