Cunningham Engineering provided complete civil engineering services from schematic design thorough construction phase services for both the $80 million Vet Med 3A project and $25 million Gladys Valley Hall Veterinary Medicine Instructional Facility.  We developed preliminary designs and cost opinions for routing the underground utilities infrastructure, including water, firewater, storm drainage, and sanitary sewer, electrical, and natural gas.

Crucial to the success of these projects, Cunningham Engineering provided utility location coordination between this project and a major Health Sciences Subdistrict utility infrastructure project.
