This innovative and award-winning public-private partnership is located on Davis’ “front door”.  With confined site constraints, extensive collaboration between the City, County, developer, builder and UC Davis was necessary to ensure the success of this project.

To meet the needs of multiple stakeholders, CEC designed neo-traditional streets, reduced pavement areas, implemented substantial landscaping, including a central open space spine and created strong pedestrian and bicycle connections between the project, Downtown and the University.
