This city-owned property was developed as an indoor firing range and training facility. Site improvements include parking, landscaping, water quality linear detention swale, lighting, fencing, and screening walls as necessary.

With construction cost control due to escalating materials costs, water quality and detention design within 100-year flood plain as well as multiple funding sources, this project required special attention from Cunningham Engineering in order to make it a success.
