Part of the exciting K Street development area, this project had a number of challenging components such as building entrance and ADA accessibility, siting of new SMUD vault and valet parking.  Cunningham Engineering was able to come up with feasible solutions by providing several design options for both the entrance and vault location and through close coordination with the City, Sac RT, owner, SMUD and architect.
